KV7 vs KV7-V

I'm looking at these two mobo's and wondering what the differences are. Any suggestions on which one to pick up? Does one allow for more expansion later? Looking to throw in an exisiting athlon 1200 and possibly upgrade later. This is just for a internet/email/Word machine. Just looking for a easy to set up stable machine with no O/C'ing.
