Hi All, I just want to say Kudos to HP!
I've had to have 2 support issues with HP in the last 2 months.
First off, a harddrive in one of our HP Vectras died. This computer is over 3 years old. I called HP and they overnighted a new HD totally free of charge. The new one is faster and better than the one that died too.
Last weekend I was at an auction, and I picked up a Laserjet 1100 with two new toner cartridges for 20 bucks. When I got it home, I noticed it was feeding through like 5 pages at a time. I went to their website, and noticed there was an online form for people who have this problem with the LJ 1100 to fill out. I filled out the form, asking for two replacement parts to fix this problem, and VIOLA 3 days later, there's the two replacement parts fed exed to me.
This is what I call good service!
Where I work, we have either HP Vectra's, or new Compaq workstations, and they havre been very good machines.
I build my own systems at home, but I would recommend HP to a relative in a heartbeat.
