Kudos to Gateway...

Funny, several buddies used to do Gateway support about 7 or 8 years ago then their jobs got shipped overseas and their call center got shut down. I guess companies are realizing that people prefer to speak to people of their own culture again.

It isn't a culture issue as much as a language issue.

Yep. Those Indians are very smart people no doubt, but they can be very difficult to understand and makes for an unpleasant support experience. Plus support calls probably take much longer than they need to because of the language barrier.
