My girlfriend broke one of my speakers stands on my BA-4800s so i decided to call Boston Acoustics and ask for some replacement speaker stands. Fearing that i never registered my speakers for warranty and so forth i was thinking i was gonna run into some BS just to get some replacement stands.
I called in and they just asked me for my model # and shipping address and a credit card #. For just $12.00 bucks i had my stands in less then a week. Now that is customer service! no stupid phone menus to navigate too...any of you ever tried calling HP tech support?
