KT7A: Weird VCore?

No matter how low I drop the BIOS's value for VCore (from 1.7 to 1.65), my VCore reading from ViaHM, MBM, and HMonitor are all pointing at 1.72.

Anyone?

Figure I'd drop my vcore to reduce heat...
 
This is not normal, my KT7 Raid board did this and it reorted 1.99 at 1.75v
I sent it back in and my new one reports it as selected the right way.
My old board was not stable for oc/ing at all, the new board does it without a hicup.
RMA it if you can.
