KT7A-RAID: Can't boot from floppy or CD ROM Drive

Love this board, but a weird problem: I can't boot from the floppy drive or CDROM Drive. When I try, I get either an ATAPI boot failure from the CDROM Drive or Disk I/O failure from the floppy.

But both drives operate normally in Windows ME! Everything in the BIOS looks OK, too.

Never had such a strange problem before. Tried booting at "normal" clocks speeds, but it didn't help. Could someone please advise me and thanks in advance.

MY RIG:

1.1 T-Bird at 112 MHZ FSB, 37 MHZ PCI clock.
512 MEGS SDRAM - 2 128 sticks of Muskin 222 Rev. 3 and 1 256 MEG Micron 222.

Memory is running at Host+PCI clock.😕
