kt7a-raid, 1.2ghz, need help with drivers

I installed win 98 (not SE). but if I try to install the 4 in 1 driver cd, tell does not have a required DLL. Then I tried to install a nic (3com 905b-tx) so I can put win 98 service pack and ie 5. it won't install

anybody with similar problems
