That depends on what you want to get... KT7E supports a 200 mhz bus, KT7A Supports a 266 bus... so if you interested in a value system i'd say go for the KT7E, or if you into a performance/overclocking system, go for the KT7A... and of course there are other boards to consider... (shopping for a KT133A board now...)
Depends on what FSB speed you wish to achieve. If you do not want to go above a 140~143 fsb then go for the "E" version. It is a great board, very stable and performs the same as the "A".
