Ok I just bought this >> http://www.partspc.com/product881.html set it up (even had to buy a new case/power supply cause my old one wasnt powerful enough) any hoo i set it up turned it on and get a blank screen... everything sounds like it is booting up correctly but still blank screen. Can it be that i need DDR memory for it? I looked everywhere and read about it and nothing says that it requires DDR memory. Atm i have a 128MB pc 133 SDRAM chip in it. Oh i also tried a different video card still no luck. Any ideas?

That board doesn't take DDR. What brand is your memory? Try swapping a different stick in there and seeing if that does the trick. If your stick is generic RAM, that may be a problem, I've built enough AMD systems to know that when it comes to RAM you should spend a little extra.

Try reseating your processor and make sure the heatsink is on tight with enough thermal paste. Last time I took my machine apart I couldn't get it to post when i put it back to together because my processor was slightly miss seated, could hardly even tell...

EDIT: Speaking of miss seating the processor, I just remember that board has a high thermometer in the socket, make sure you push that down far enough where you can properly seat your chip.
