KT7A: Does Win98/Me/2K qualify as "PNP OS INSTALLED"?

Personally, I'ld leave it on 'NO' no matter what OS I use. That is the default setting and I've never seen any reason to change it. If anyone else knows of a reason, please, enlighten me.
