KT7A confusion

Am I right in assuming that the Abit KT7A board will run any Athlon cpu? That's what I understood all along, but something I saw recently made me wonder if you have to go with one of the newer 200FSB or 266FSB cpus with this board...that can't be right is it? Aren't all 'Thunderbirds' 133MHz cpus?

All Athlons in general will run on your mobo except the Slot A variety, of course. Tbird 'B's are the older ones designed for the KT133 chipset(200Mhz DDR). Tbird 'C's are the newer batch that are designed for the KT133A chipset. Most Tbird 'B's can run on the KT133A except for the "issue" that Anand pointed out.
