KT7- Voltage in bios and hardware monitor, whats the deal?

Ok, on my KT7 I have to run at 1.85v in the bios to keep my duron 600@1000, but in hardware monitor it is reported as 1.92 volts. So which is right, how high can I go without getting to dangerous levels?
