kt7/thunderbird help

i got my barebones kit from mwave yesterday.thunderbird 800/kt7 raid/128 mbpc133,added two 20 gig ata 66 maxtor hard drives,soundblaster,tnt 2.ok,sisoft sandra says my pci bus is running at 50mhz,and it is set to 33 on softmenu(100/33)?????????????????????????????????. the two maxtors are hooked up to 3&4,and my plex 8432 is ide 1,toshiba 6702 is ide 2.the initial screen says my plex is in pio??????.ive tried everything to change to dma,tosh is in dma??? ive read the kt7 faq and i think i'm doing this right.all drives are set to master.am i doing something wrong with the setup

Got the same combo Christmas...well it came in last friday, but "Santa" didn't give it to me till then. I suppose you loaded the VIA 4in1 drivers, and the ATA drivers? As for SiSoft are you using Sandra2000 or 2001. 2001 seems to do a little better at recognizing everything close to right. I say close because it still doesn't get it exactly right.
