kt7 raid voltage, which is the true value?

when i set voltage in bios, i get a higher reading in via hardware monitor...so if i set 1.85 in bios, am i gonna fry my duron cus the real voltage might be higher than 1.85? thanks much
 
The voltage you set it at is the "real" one. I've had about a dozen KT7's and -Raids and also KA7-100 and they all show this problem. I've read that the VIA hardware monitoring isn't the best. At any rate, I've had a number of chips set at 1.85v and showing as high as 1.97v, but with no ill effects.
