KT7-RAID Problems

Hello all, I am having trouble with my recent
upgrade to a KT7-RAID. Windows seems to run
alright but games (Diablo II, various other
Direct X/Direct 3D) seem to go south after
playing for a certain amount of time. I've
been playing with all of the options suggested
so far but I have not had any luck. Everything
looks good for the IRQ settings but I still
experience the lockups. Here is my system:

Thunderbird 750 (running at 900)
Core = 1.80 V, I/O = 3.5 V
KT7-RAID
256 MB PC 100
IBM Deskstar GXP 15.0 GB
2 drives in RAID 0
SB Live Value
3COM 10/100 PCI card
Diamond TNT2 Ultra
Sony CD-RW drive
Creative DVD drive

Drivers:
Detonator 2
DirectX 7a
Latest 3COM & SB drivers
Latest HighPoint

Other bits of info:
15-16 MB memory hole
SB16 Emulation disabled

Card Locations:
TNT2 (AGP slot)
NIC (Slot 2)
SB (Slot 6)

Here is my IRQ list from msinfo (shared/conflicts):

IRQ 5 NVIDIA RIVA TNT2
IRQ 5 ACPI IRQ Holder for PCI IRQ Steering
IRQ 7 Creative SB Live! Value
IRQ 7 ACPI IRQ Holder for PCI IRQ Steering
IRQ 10 3Com 3C918 Integrated Fast Ethernet Controller (3C905B-TX
Compatible) IRQ 10 ACPI IRQ Holder for PCI IRQ Steering
IRQ 11 HPT370 UDMA/ATA100 RAID Controller
IRQ 11 ACPI IRQ Holder for PCI IRQ Steering
IRQ 14 Primary IDE controller (dual fifo)
IRQ 14 VIA Bus Master PCI IDE Controller
IRQ 15 Secondary IDE controller (dual fifo)
IRQ 15 VIA Bus Master PCI IDE Controller

This was a fresh install of Windows 98.
Every time the system locks, scandisk
locates a lost cluster on my main drive.

I've tried just about every combo I can
think of including swapping around various
cards/etc. Any words of wisdom or input
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
