KT7 Raid not shutting down or restarting with APM turned on....

I just got this board hooked up today and am having a couple of problems with it. If I turn Advanced Power Management on, my system won't restart or shutdown. If I turn it off, it will restart but goes to the "You may now shut your system off" screen. Do I need some VIA drivers or something?

Any ideas or drivers I should download?
