KT7-Raid + Athlon 900 MHz Questions

Hey guys,
This is the system I am planning on building let me know if you see any problems or have any suggestions to go another way:

Abit KT7-Raid
AMD Athlon 900 MHz
ATI Radeon 32MB DDR
Sound Blaster Live! X-Gamer
30 Gig 7200 RPM HD
DVD
Imation SCSI 8x20x burner (yes I have the SCSI card)
Netgear FA310TX Ethernet Adapter
IN-WIN Full Tower Server ATX Case

I have no idea what RAM to go for, I'm looking at at least 256 MB preferrably 512 can you recommend some for me to buy, ie prices and retailers. Thanks in advance guys, I've learned a ton of info from these boards and this is my first true attempt at building my own machine. Wish me luck, any other suggestions would be great, Thanks guys

Looks like a kickin system there dude. Only advice I have is be prepared to move the cards around to get the right IRQ config for stuff to play nice. Paul's Unofficial FAQ is a must read. Go Mushkin PC150 rev2 on the RAM. Very high quality stuff.
