KT7-RAID and Sisoft Sandra

Hello all, I have a perplexing question. I am running an Abit KT-7 RAID with 2 128 sticks of ram, and a duron o/c to 900.

The question is, when I run Sisoft, for the motherboard information it says my memory is running at 150 MHz, yet the bus is set to 100...

Another question. How accurate is the information that it gives on memory? I bought some PC133 from McGlen Micro a while ago, and Sisoft says it's PC100 CL 3.
