Got a 1.2 T-Bird I just popped in and decided to see where if I could use the 12.5 on my KT7-R. Of course I could, but ran into this strange situation where at the 12.5 multiplier, my FSB defaults to 104. Wish I could make this up, but I have it set at 100/33 + 0 FSB Plus. I set it back to a 12 multiplier with the same settings and it boots at 1200.
Maybe I'm tired and just missed a post here about this, but if anyone has any ideas, I'd love to hear them.

Thanks!

Thats normal, it was to accommodate the 1.3ghz chip. I heard somewhere that one of the newer bios' were suppose to address that. Yeah I just checked and the KT7ZT (ZT) bios will fix that issue.
