KT7 and Voodoo5 = error

I get an error on Windows startup that says something like, Error with IOS when starting this device. The .\isosubsys my be corrupted...

I put a Geforce in and it works fine. I've tried setting the video to Standard PCI VGA compatible but it still fails to load. I've tried different 4in1 drivers too. If anyone has this working can you tell me which version you are using?

Make sure you uninstall ALL the Geforce drivers first, then install V5 ,& install 3DFX drivers.Last thing if you still get problems try reinstalling Windows on top of it self,this should repair any damage,last resort is a clean install of Windows.
 
I was hoping that was the only way...any more help?
Just tried an install over itself and that didn't work. Tried going to nvidia 5.32 before moving to voodoo5 and that didn't work...
