I wouldn't. Why? The KT333s maybe not be faster than the KT266As, but overall, the KT333 boards will be better designed than the KT266A, the manufacturers have learned their mistakes on the KT266As and applied the corrections to their shortcomings on the KT333. Some lazy manufacturers will just swap the chipsets, but most of them will come out with a better KT333 mobo than they did with the KT266A. Not to mention the manufacturers will try to put more features on it, with a newer southbridge and other extras like USB2 and IE1394 will be implemented; the BIOS will also be more robust, and the performance will be a little better. So I'd go for the KT333 now if I had the choice between the two.

Why the hell would I do that? We used to pay $200 for that kind of improvement in performance!
