KT333 Chipset Question

I am in the market for an upgrade on my system for the first time in almost 3 years. I've done a ton of recearch in the past few days but one bit of information I can't seem to dig up is what exactly is the difference between the CE, CD and whatever other versions of the KT333 out there. As I understand it one of them is actually a preproduction version but it did make it onto some production chips?

Basically, what do I look for when shopping? I want to get the latest version I can.

It seems VIA is a little slow in updating their website. I am not for sure what the difference is. Maybe it is USB2.0, but I kinda doubt it. I did some searching and found that the e version is now shipping in some boards, but that is about it.
