KT133a Northbridge. Week makes a difference?

overclockers had a theory of the week the kt133a northbridge was made corresponding the max FSB. I have a week 49 northbridge. Anyone know anything about this?
 
I've read that 50 and above are capable of hitting 150+ fsb. I have 51 but have only been able to reach 145 fsb. I'm pretty sure I have other stuff holding me back though.
 
The 133A North went through a REV change. The big guys bought all the 'A0' production. Little guys like IWILL had to wait. They got rev 'A1' which appears to OC higher.
