KT133 support 32x64?

Does a ram's layout compatibility depend on the chipset or the mobo? If it's the chipset, then does the KT133 support a lot of different ram layouts? Like the 32x64? I have the Kingston valueram 128MB (32x64 design) and I don't have the mobo yet, and I'm trying to find out if I should return it.

Yes KT133 supports the High Density RAM like 32x64.
