Kronos 4500 Time Clock Question

Greetings, I am the network administrator at a company that uses Kronos Time Clock's. We have one time clock, a Kronos 4500, that keeps "freezing up". The Time clock looks operational but non of the buttons work nor will it accept a punch in or out. I have found simply unpugging and plugging it back in solves this issue for the time being but it happens again. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know of a fix for this issue or know what causes it. Luckily upon restart it has all the correct settings but I want to solve it permanently. Thanks.

Try a different power cord, if possible swap with a different unit and see if the the problem follows the power adapter.

If not... not sure what else you can do.
