Kraft Mac & Cheese

I always add some real cheese - ussually cheddar or mozzerella, but whatever's handy. Gives it a better consistecy & taste.

Man, what CAN'T you add to Mac & Chz?
I've done tuna, chili, baked beans, hotdogs, tomato chunks, broccoli, kielbasa, linguica, etc.
I like hamburg the best though. It's like eatng a noodly cheeseburger.

<===poor college student back in the day. If it wasn't for Mac & Chz and Ramen Noodles, I'd have died.

i usually boil up some frozen vegetables (green beans, etc) and hot dogs or cubed ham with the mac before adding the cheese.

have you tried mixing it with orange juice, tuna, peanut butter, milk, and sardines??

Why stop there? Add in some cookie dough, chewing tobacco, and some chicken bullion cubes. mmm mmm good.

All you have to do is knock it up a notch, Bam! If you say Bam 3 times there is a 10% chance of summoning Emeril though so be careful.

use just butter and no milk.

Also don't add as much liquid, you want chunks of flavor not soupy.
Listen to this man!

He is obviously a M&C connoisseur. Leaving out the milk makes it a lot more flavorful. 😀

Bacon. awesome. My top pick.

Also, the veggie of choice is peas - or any veggie mix that has a lot of peas in it.

There is something satisfying about adding Spam - intensifies the artificial foodness, I think. Better than hot dogs, but hot dogs are really cheap.

Another good combo is baked beans. Sounds strange, but try it. Yummy, cheap, filling.

Also, you can make the stuff, add an egg and some evaporated milk, stir, top it with bread crumbs and bake it.

Also, if you're sick of kraft mac/cheese, boil up some spaghetti and put the butter/cheese/cream on it instead - good change of pace, also cheap. Use the macaroni in something else, it's REALLY good quality.

Oh, the absolutely best way to make it is to add butter, let it melt, add cheese, let it start to melt, put a tiny bit of cream or half-and-half on it, mix.

OK,

after reading all the advice, i added the following:

cayenne pepper
red pepper flakes
black pepper
can of chili

man, this is living.
