What's the fastest processor my KR7A-RAID support's, I am planing on buy a new CPU, but I think that it can only handles Palomino's core, and not a Thoroughbred core. It's important to note that it is a 266FSB board.

You can run the Thoroghbreds and Palimonos in this board. You may have to do a BIOS flash to bring it up to XP2200+ or better.

In the ABIT page it says, "Support AMD Athlon XP CPU, 0.18 micron process Palomino up to 2100+ and 0.13 micron process Thoroughbred up to 2000+." I will presume this as the final answer.

The August BIOS roll-up to B5 does just that, but keep looking for updates that will allow additional expansion of capabilities.
These boards have been in service for a couple years ( 1 1/2 or so ) and the updates are released as Abit sees fit.
Call them - tell them you want the update to XP2200+. Remember - all of the Paliminos are beeing replaced with T-Breds by AMD,
so it's just a matter of time before the BIOS will have to comply.
