The system boots and runs fine without the Audigy in it. As soon as I pop it in, no POST.

I've tried different PCI slots and tried the "mem hole" BIOS setting, neither approach worked.

Do i need a new card?
 
Have u tried to manually assign your irq slots?

Also try the card with only the video adapter and look for a possible bios update.

And if you have another system try the card to see if it works.
