Has anyone here been able to get rid of KPersonalizer popping up everytime you boot into KDE3?

YES, I have tired adding "FirstLogin=false" to the kpersonalizerrc file. I have seached linuxbeginner, linuxnewbie and mandrake sites. Any other good linux or KDE help sites out there?
