I recently re-purchased Kotor because I wanted to play it again. When I loaded it up on my Windows 7 machine, the load apparently worked fine. However, when I went to start the game i got a bunch of messages and the game wouldn't run/
I have done some research and found that running from a shortcut on your desktop may cause problems. However, even if I run from the Executable in the load directory, I get a Securom error issue and the game won't load.
Also the configuration indicated that my Dx11 was not a high enough version of DX (which requred DX8) to run. I got the game to run initially once after install and it didn't seem to be a problem, but it did CTD about 10 minutes into the game which leads me to believe that there are still issues.
Any suggestions? Anyone else got the game to run on Windows 7?
