Heyas, i've been wanting to play the KOTOR (knights of the old republic) games for a while, though last time i tried the first one (for PC) it wouldn't let me change controls, which was really annoying. I wanted the controls to be more customizable but it seemed it wasnt possible. I was just wondering if there was a patch or something out there that allows customizable controls. Anyone know?

I've been wanting to play this game on the PC for a while, but it still wont let me bind the controls the way i want. I was hoping that patch would fix that, it looks like it did, Though now i've installed the game and it still won't let me change the controls to the way i want them. All of the movement keys seem to be only bindable to a letter. I want right click (or mouse2) to be move forward and Shift to be move backward. Can't do either of those though. Is there any way around that? I couldn't find a config file in the Kotor directory.

For some reason I don't think they anticipated anybody wanting this...

Well that's why controls should always be fully customizable. Just about everybody has different controls they wanna use.

Crud. Well, maybe i'll try playing with a PS2 controller, doubt the game will allow that either though.

have you considered a Belkin Nostrom Speed Pad N52? they are close to 100% customizable. ;)
