KOTOR II: The Sith Lords

Thought I'd post in ATOT just to give the forum nazis a reason to justify their existence. 😉

Anyhow, KOTOR II is supposed to be released this week (12/06/04): however, with the release of such 1st-rate games as San Andreas, Half-Life II, Pirates!, WoW, MGS3, and Halo II all released recently, who's going to get this game? Or are y'all waiting for the PC version?

edit: I didn't mention MGS3 in the list!
 
Thinking about it, but never really played through the first, so I'm kinda hesitant to even bother with this~

Not to mention the ton of other games that I've hardly touched yet~
 
Wow, I had no clue that was coming out so soon. After I beat GTA: SA, get and beat HL2, I will get it.

Same here, finished the PC version last weekend.

Great game for the $18 I paid, though story-wise about as good as BG II and not quite up to the level of Fallout 1-2 and Planecape: Torment.

Now I'm back to Morrowind since I never finished it. I'm also considering replaying KOTOR 1 as a dark sider, since my first time was as a goody two-shoes light sider like I am in real life 🙂
 
I'll probably receive it for Christmas... If not, then I'll pick it up eventually.

I absolutely loved the first one, but Halo 2 is getting all of my Xbox time for now. 😉

I'll probably do that as well. I liked the controls on PC for the first one and I'm by far too lazy to find out what the controls for Xbox would be like.

Anyone know when it will be coming to PC?

Definitely play through it on the dark side. It's a completely different story.

I'll wait to see if I get it for Christmas. I won't really have time to play it until after that anyway, so it works out.

I considered getting the PC version (since I have a wife and kids, I can't always get on the Xbox...), but the Xbox experience is just so much more immersive. (True 5.1DD and HDTV.)

I considered getting the PC version (since I have a wife and kids, I can't always get on the Xbox...), but the Xbox experience is just so much more immersive. (True 5.1DD and HDTV.)

Yea, I can't wait to play it on my uncle's new home theater system. 101" screen with HDTV projector and 7.1 surround sound. Only two more days til I get to go home. 😀

Day 1 the PC version is available I'll be buying/playing it. I'm thinking of taking vacation to commemorate the day. 😀
