I have an a64 3400, 1.5gb, 6600gt, no background progs running and i'm still hitting 100%. Any ideas?

oh yeah, all setting are on lowest settting or off.

I can't really think of a recent game that doesn't stay at 100% CPU usage when running in my rig.
