NOt exactly. Eastern culture is basically obsessed with Western culture. Clothing, language, style, cars everything.

It's what Asia has distilled into - some Engrish knock-off copy - with some freakazoids here and there like Japan.

no, i'd say they are going down a slightly different route of crazy

They were floating around the geek circles about 6 months ago. The appeal is that the songs are oddly catchy and the girls are quite cute.
