Koreans, need help with translation

It basically says the Americans that are looking for Korean ESL language partners are BS.
There are Shady americans that are posing as needing a language parters.

I can translate setence by sentence, but there really is no point .

That would be great if you can translate sentence by sentence. I figured the gist to be that too. This has been posted almost daily for the past two weeks.
