My friend is married to a Korean woman, and from what he told me shaving your privates is very unpopular. The reason is you'll be looked at as a prostitute if your area is shaved. It's very common for Koreans to hang out in saunas naked, so your private area is being judged. Hanging out naked is not a big issue like it is in America.

They already do that. I knew one girl who overplucked and essentially had no eyebrows. Another one decided to strategically erase 2/3 of her eyebrows and leaving a Hitler-stache remaining on each side.
