korean windows XP 98 anyone know

Hey where do I buy Korean version is it more expensive or can I add a patch to my system so it can be displayed in korean

Any help would be great it is for a system I want to build for my parents

You can get Korean language support for your version of Windoze at Microsoft Updates. Check in your local Korea Town area for the actual language version.

When you install Windows, it ask you to pick a language and all of that. That should take care of it (unless it only changes the language used during installation).

There's no built-in multi-language support for winXP (like there is on win2000)... There's only 1 version of WinXP, and a XP multi-language pack...

So what you have to do is buy the normal version of winXP, and then get the multi-language pack to get Korean winXP...

This doesnt work for XP... only Win2000 has that option since win2k has built-in multi-language support... MS pull that support from XP and put it into a seperate multi-language pack...

Yes... That's how I got Chinese winXP... with win2k I just need to install win2k and choose the chinese language... with XP I cannot do it unless I get the multi-language pack and install Chinese...
