korean lisp

since a while ago I notcied a lot of koreans have a very distinct lisp. it's not as pronouced, but I can hear it very clearly. they have lisps when they speak in korean too. I'm korean, but i don't have a lisp. but everytime i hear another korean person speak english, it bothers me. I also noticed these lisps are more common in koreans with english as their second language.

I probably don't know enough koreans to come up with a hypothesis, but i'm sure it's the fact that english is their second language and something about the korean language gives them lisps? but WHAT about their language is it?
