I think by the painful memories thing, he means he's a wolverines fan, and that Kordell who played for Colorado, beat the Wolverines, who he likes, and thus he hates him.

Exactly. that was the assumption on which my previous reply was based.

here's the logic.

a thread is started "Kordell stewart BLOWS".

Then jumpr complains cause his team loses to stewart, therefore:

a. the Wolverines REALLY REALLY SUCK because they lose to a SUCKY Kordell

b. The wolverines are actually pretty good and Kordell played EXCEPTIONALLY WELL, hence he DOESN'T blow.

either way, it doesn't really help his cause.

but i guess that logic is just a bit over your heads.

Your "logic" doesn't make sense.

#1 - Michigan hasn't played against Kordell Stewart since 1994, when he was in college. Reading what you typed makes it sound like you are saying the current-day Michigan team sucks because they lost to Kordell Stewart's Colorado team nearly ten years ago.

#2 - Over the course of nearly ten years, wouldn't it be remotely possible that a player's talent-level drops a bit? The entire point of this post was to say that the CURRENT DAY Kordell Stewart "BLOWS".

You just HAD to bring it up, didn't you?

I still proclaim it was the only 60-yard pass Stewart completed and the only 60-yard pass Westbrook ever caught.

Kordell wasted a potential hall of fame career as a receiver to be a less than mediocre quarterback.
