Koolance & fx51 CPU temps

Hello, does anyone else have an fx-51 cooled by a Koolance system?

My CPU temp is reading around 41 (with no load) but im wondering if i should be seeing something lower than that. I've read reviews of other processors staying around the high 20's. It's also cooling 2 HDD's aswell as the CPU.
