Koolance for slot A?

I've just read the review over at Hardocp about the Koolance water cooling unit. Man did he like it. The thing is I have a classic athlon in slot A and would like to have a fully quiet PC. According to the review the system was the most quiet one he had seen so far. But it only comes in socket versions. Anyone has this system? Is it really that quiet?
Do you think it can be modded to fit slot A, for example with a heat transfer plate or something?

Any other quiet cooling solution for slot A?
