has anyone one out there replaced the 3 80mm fans on one of these systems? I wish to replace them with 3 blue led fans but still be able to use the 3 fan speeds.

These people did.

I don't know what other fans will spin at 4.5v-5v on startup though.

that site says they got them from jabtech and jab-tech has nothing like those now.

You might wanna check here and search here for fans that can start at that voltage.
