Koolance Exos or Aquarius 3

Im thinking of adding an external water cooling kit to my system. Any opinions or suggestions as to wich one to get, or other options. Im looking for rather good silent cooling for no more than 250 bucks. thanks guys

koolance is no where near silent. if you want silent its zalman resorator
