Koolance 120x38mm fan (FAN-12038HBK)

I was looking at this Koolance fan, and it's listed specs are close to the Sanyo Denki fans (116cfm, 39db, 2600rpm, 6.3mmH20 pressure).

Has anyone ever used this Koolance fan, and how does it compare to other fans (such as Sanyo Denki, Panaflo) for CFM vs. noise.

Also, does it undervolt well, and what is the operating voltage range. Can it be brought to near silent using a fan controller.
