Konqueror Browser in Linux

Good day,

I am trying to help a customer who is getting time out issues on our company website, this is normally a cookie problem. Can someone please post screenshots of where I will need to tell him to fix this. He seems to like to let us know how much more secure linux is but he can't seem to figure out where to change his cookie settings :\.
