I recall the really cheap Kogi's that they had out last year and I'll agree that they did suck. The demo models I used to see in stores looked terrible sitting next to Samsungs, Sonys and other nicer LCDs. But I don't believe that they were 20ms panels (I could be completely wrong, of course). Tom's HW mentioned that there were really only two companies that produced the panels that were 20ms and faster and that these were used by all the monitor manufacturers (that was back in June though). If that's the case, then these Kogi's are using the same panels as the other manufacturers with 20ms screens. Of course, if the previous complaint was about the poor customer service and/or substandard quality control, then it is probably completely valid and this post is pretty much pointless.
