UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - The world must act together against terrorism or put at risk everything the United Nations ( news - web sites) stands for, U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan ( news - web sites) said on Wednesday, a year after the Sept. 11 attacks.

Since I'm not a big fan of the U.N. I couldn't care less what Kofi thinks. If they are with us in the war on terror then let them say so. If they are not then they need to get the hell out of our way.

They're supporting us in the war against terorism, the support is in a limited nature and they're unwilling to commit troops, nor massive financial assistance. Yet since they're technically supporting us, they feel they have the right to critize and object with whatever the US does if it doesn't bode well with the majority........... yeah i know, can't live with them, can't live without them...
