Just bought this yesterday at my local Staples B&M store:
The Camera is a Kodak CD43 which is last years 4 MegaPixel Compact easy shoot series model with a 3X optical and 5X Digital Zoom. This camera is identicle to this years new C330 4 MegaPixel model (the only differance is C330 uses SD mem card and CD43 Uses XD mem card). I actually bought and used a C330 before i saw this deal, so i can definetely say the cameras are identicle, every feature is the same and all software menus are the same, Hardware specs are the same except for mem card type.
The 4x6" Print Dock is a Kodak Series 3. This uses Dye Sublimation Heat Transfer from a ribbon cartridge. The prints are excellant and the same quality as you get from a Kodak Kiosk machine (like found in Drug Stores). The media for this printer is sold in kits, Kodak Long Life Glossy paper and Ribbon cartridge. If you buy the PH40 kit (40 prints) it costs $24.99 for a terrible cost per print of 63 cents. But they also offer a PH160 kit (160 Prints) that cost 46.99 and this brings the cost per print down to 29 Cents. You can also get the PH160 kit from Amazon.com witth free shipping and no tax for $41.99 bringing the cost per print down to a very resonable 26 cents.
The Camera/Printer bundle Normally sells for $199.98 (this price is already lower then any other Kodak series 3 bundle deal with equivalent feature cameras by at least $70, I quess this is because it is using last years CD43 camera), but they have $20 Instant off so it goes for $179.98 now. This is a good deal, You can no longer by the CD43 camera new by itself, but you can get it in this bundle deal.
If you were to buy a C330 camera (equivalent to CD43 except SD mem vs XD) it would cost $150 and the Printer Dock costs $150. So for $179.98 you are getting $300 worth of hardware.
You also get a Epson AIO (Printer/copier/scanner) model CX3810 for free after rebates.
The Online price for this printer is 89.98, They give you a coupon code for $10 instant off, and a $50 and $30 easy rebate to make up for the differance. This printer is a Inkjet that uses Pigmented Inks so the ink dries fast and does not run and smear if it gets wet. You can also use this printer to make decent looking 8"x10" Glossy Prints from your camera. When i bought mine at the local Staples B&M store i got a added bonus because the CX3810 rang up at $79.98 at the register and the $10 off instant coupon still worked, So after i get my $80 rebates back (50 & 30) they are actually paying me $10 to buy this printer.
I also picked up a PNY 128M XD mem card in the store. This allowes me to store 177 Digital Hi Res photos in the CD43 camera. The mem card was $29.99 in the store but rang up at $17.50 at the register and there was a $10 rebate with it, so in the end the mem card is just costing me $7.50.
---------------------------------------------------------------
So to recap this great deal:
I got a Kodak CD43 Digital Camera and Series 3 Printer Dock for $179.98
I also got a nice Epson AIO CX3810 Printer/Copier/Scanner for free after rebates (actually better then free, I will be making $10 on this because the in store price was $79 and not $89 and the $10 instant off coupon still worked.
I got a 128M PNY XD mem card for $7.50 after rebate.

P.S. - I am very happy with the quality of the Digital photos on the CD43 camera, and it has a fully automatic option so a child can even take great pictures with it. The 4x6" Glossy prints from the included picture dock look great (just like from a photo lab) and they are durable. The last stage of the print process is to apply a protective cover coat to the print which makes them waterproof/smear proof, and finger print resistant.
I am so happy with this deal i am goung back to Staples as soon as i finish this thread and buying another one to give to my 14 year old niese as a X-Mas present.
