Kodak DC4800 questions

I just got a DC4800, but I'm having problems viewing the pictures from Win2k. The drive appears when I hook up the USB, but it comes up with Incorrect Function when I access the drive. If I reboot with the camera on the USB hub, I can access it fine. Anyone know the problem? I'm using the firmware that came with the camera and the software that came with the camera. I really don't want to have to reboot each time I want to preview my pictures.

The win2k drivers didn't work too well for me, I just bought a CF reader instead.

instead of double clicking on the drive, just right click on it and do explore...that works fine for me

Just a quick FYI, the WinXP handles DigiCams great...no extra software, all done with WinXp.
