Give me a break. The nuggets are just making the lakers overwork themselves. Kind of like when Homer Simpson was a professional boxer......:) :p

Its about time he played to his potential. 40 a night from him would be great, to bad his other stats suffer, but I'll gladly trade that for wins... :).

This is where you let Kobe play 5 mins in the 3rd, 5 mins in the 4th and let him take a night off, give him rest. Long way to go.

Hmm... Kobe's even more amazing t han I Thought... He somehow played 32 minutes in a 24 minute half. No wonder his stats are inflated... :)

They aren't suffering much. :) And besides... he's a shooting guard, hes meant to score.

Ranked 5th in Steals.
Ranked 11th in Assists Per Game.
40th - Blocks
31th - Rebounds

If it were only the Nuggets, it'd be no big deal... But he's done this to the last 6 teams hes played, and not all of them were the Nuggets either. But yeah, playing the Nuggets is a great way to pad your stats. Shaq could probably stand under the boards and put up misses on purpose for boards.

Understandable that its the Nuggets... but it's just a matter of how soon he gets to 40 points with them.

Kobe has averaged 40+ points in the last 5 games. :) 35+ points in the last 7 games. And that was during a tough road series.

True, he is a shooting guard on paper, but in actual play he is much more to the Lakes. He initiates the offense, covers the best player on the other team usually, and grabs his share of boards and leads the team in assists. I'd much rather him getting his 30 a game and making dishes so our other guys can get involved on offense and play harder defense, but if this works, I won't complain.

You know, what sucks for Juwan Howard is he's having a decent game. 20 points towards teh end of the 3rd quarter is a good game.

It's funny how in the other thread, bunch of punk ass haters were clowning on Kobe about his poseing after the dunk against New York. Did anyone see that fool scrub Anderson or wtf-ever his name is flex after his dunk? First of all, your sorry team is down by 30 more importantly, you'rea scrub so sit your ass down.

Cool, whatever suits you. I would've assumed you were interested in the NBA since you sought fit to read and reply to this thread. Go figure.

I think Nugget season tickets are $300... not to mention when they sell them, they say "See XXXXX teams play here" XXXX meaning NOT the Nuggets. ;)

BTW I think most High School teams could beat the Nugs

Really something to be proud of.

Too bad he can't play decently when the game really means something.

You mean something like trying to bring back a team from a horrible start to make the playoffs?

Or do you mean something perhaps by being the main factor for the Lakers beating the Spurs in the playoffs for the past couple years?

Or maybe simply contributing to a 3 championships in a row?

I don't understand what you're saying. Explain.

Looks I can roll eyes also.

Except I don't make a shitty argument with no facts to back it up.
